NCK Interactive LLC builds player-first games and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how NCK Interactive LLC handles information for our games, including Mine the Empire, and for this website.

Information we collect directly

NCK Interactive LLC does not require you to create an account to play our games and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card information.

Game save data

Our games may store gameplay progress, settings, preferences, and similar game data locally on your device. This information is used to make the game function, remember your progress, and preserve your settings. Local game save data is not sent to NCK Interactive LLC by default.

Optional rewarded ads

Some NCK Interactive games may include optional rewarded advertisements. Ads are never forced. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, a third-party advertising provider may process information needed to load, show, measure, and secure the ad experience.

We currently plan to use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for rewarded advertisements. According to Google's published SDK disclosure, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share data such as IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that this data is encrypted in transit.

Third-party services

Our games may use third-party services that process information according to their own privacy policies and platform rules. These services may include:

Google Play services
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
Google Play Console and Google Play Store services

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party services to create NCK player accounts unless a future game or feature clearly says otherwise.

Children's privacy

Our games and website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.

Website data

This website is intended to be a simple information site for NCK Interactive LLC and our games. We do not currently operate user accounts, comments, forums, or contact forms on this website.

Data safety and security

We design our games to collect as little information as possible. Third-party services used by our games may process information according to their own systems and security practices. When required, we disclose these practices in Google Play's Data safety section.

Your choices

You can choose not to watch optional rewarded ads. You can also manage device advertising settings through your Android device settings, including resetting or deleting your advertising ID where supported.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, website, third-party services, or legal requirements change. When we update the policy, we will revise the effective date above.
